The law firm Schwartz & Partners was founded by partner and attorney Morten Schwartz Nielsen and partner Daniel Kim Rasmussen – with a shared vision of rethinking what a law firm can be.
We are not a traditional law firm. We work with modern technology and digital workflows that make us faster, sharper and more precise – for the benefit of our clients. With us, legal expertise goes hand in hand with a tech mindset, and we are always at the forefront of the tools that improve the quality and efficiency of our advice.
We structure
We establish robust legal frameworks for the operation and development of companies. Our work includes financing, including leasing, corporate law, contracts, employment law, investment agreements and M&A.
We also provide strategic advice to boards and advisory boards, where legal insight is an integrated part of business decision-making.
The purpose is clear: to create structures that support growth and reduce risk.
We ensure
We handle liability and risks in complex business matters. This applies to construction law, tort law and insurance law, including cases of excavation damage and other infrastructural liability issues.
We work systematically with documentation, risk assessment and strategic positioning so that our clients are in a strong position - both preventively and in a conflict.
We implement
When rights need to be enforced, we enforce them.
We conduct litigation and arbitration cases with a focus on financial results and strategic control. Our litigation is commercially based and targeted.
We execute – even when the other party does not.
In relevant cases, we also handle criminal aspects of business cases where civil and regulatory issues overlap.
We realize
A claim only has value when it is realized.
We assist with commercial recovery, insolvency and reconstruction to ensure financial impact and an efficient conclusion.
Recovery and restructuring are not administrative functions, but an important integrated part of value creation.
